Ensure that the transcript file is not "Protected". If you are unsuccessful uploading the file, especially if it is in .pdf format, you will need to digitally print a new copy of it or remove the document protection feature. See article linked below for more information.
5. The Document Index is Duplicated box will display. Select CREATE.
The document is now loaded to BDM.
6. Click on the X to exit.
